PURPOSE: A method and an apparatus for displaying a rolling cube menu bar are provided to realize a cube menu bar in a user device to realize more menus in the same area, thereby realizing efficient use. CONSTITUTION: A controller displays a rectangular menu bar(500). When click information of a rotating unit is delivered, the controller displays another menu by rotation of the rectangular menu bar in the rotation type of a rectangular parallelepiped menu bar. When the click information of one menu of the rectangular menu bar is delivered, the controller displays a corresponding menu(506,508). When the click information is in a click and drag type of the rotating unit, the controller derives a bottom menu list(510,512).
