PURPOSE: The conduit line cask testing device can enforce the one-way line cask test to the conduit line processed underground. CONSTITUTION: A lid part(20) interlinks one side to manhole. The other side end part of the conduit line laid under underground is hermetically sealed. The first pulley(30) is installed in the inside man-hole. The second pulley(40) is combined in the lid part. The line barge(50) interlinks one side to the first pulley. The other side is interlinked to the second pulley. The line barge revolves according to the movement of the second pulley and the first pulley. According to the line ventilation(60) is the movement of the line barge, it is flowed in to the cut-back end side of the conduit line.
