PURPOSE: A method for issuing and authenticating a teller authentication medium is provided to prevent the financial accident by preventing plural members from using an authentication medium of one teller. CONSTITUTION: An intrinsic number of a teller authentication medium is read out(S12), and the authentication medium information corresponding to the intrinsic number is read out from a database(S13). A teller inputs user information(S14), and the read authentication medium information and the inputted user information are compared with the issue information recorded on the teller authentication medium(S15). If the read authentication medium information the inputted user information are identical to the issue information, the teller authentication medium is issued(S16). |
