PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make quick control by judging whether a thermal image is kept at a stationary state or nonstationary state based on the relational expression between the measured values of the temperature of an object and the ambient temperature and temperature of the object and the ambient temperature obtained in advance. SOLUTION: A thermal image obtained by a temperature distribution measuring device at the time of heating is divided into six regions: the right and left of the head section of an occupant 4 (A1 , A2 ), the right and left of a clothes section (B1 , B2 ), and the right and left of the background including a seat (C1 , C2 ). The average temperature of the regions C1 , C2 , the average temperature of the regions A1 , B1 , the average temperature of the regions A2 , B2 , and the average temperature of the regions A1 , A2 , are calculated. The reference background average temperature in the ambient temperature, reference human body average temperature, and reference skin average temperature are obtained from the relational expression. Whether the thermal image is kept at a stationary state or nonstationary state is judged based on whether the relations between these temperatures and the allowable temperature width of the background average temperature, the allowable temperature width of the human body average temperature, and the allowable temperature width of the skin average temperature satisfy the prescribed equation or not. |
