<p>PURPOSE: A binding material composition containing phosphate is provided to ensure initial and latter compressive strength and to prevent quick setting. CONSTITUTION: A binding material composition containing phosphate has 30-70 weight% of sodium silicate and 1-10 weight% of phosphate in a mixture of blast furnace slag and fly ash. The ratio of SiO_2/M_2O of sodium silicate is 1.0-2.5. The pH concentration of sodium silicate is more than 13.0. The phosphate is potassium monophosphate, potassium biphosphate, potassium triphosphate, aluminum phosphate, zinc phosphate, ammonium polyphosphate, and sodium hexamethaphosphate.</p> |
