PURPOSE: A vortex processing device for nonpoint source pollution is provided to improve convenience for management and maintenance of the device by removing deposition sludge and effective precipitation, and to offer contaminants processing function through contact oxidation. CONSTITUTION: A vortex processing device for nonpoint source pollution comprises the following: a precipitation chamber(41) connected a main body; a collecting tank(40) installed on the bottom of the main body; a collecting main part(43) formed on one end of the precipitation chamber; a blade(50) crossing inside the precipitation chamber; a helical axis(45) in which helix is formed and is installed inside the precipitation chamber; and a roller(52) installed on both ends of the blade. The helical axis is rotated by rotation of a driving shaft.
