FIELD: medicine. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to proctology. The method consists in cutting out a cellulocutaneous pedicle flap of subcutaneous fat completely separated from circumferential skin and adjacent a wound skin defect, relocating the flap onto the wound defect and fixings to the defect edges, closing the wound on a donor site. If the wound defect is localised in the perianal region, an oval flap with its greater axis oriented in an anteroposterior direction and having a length exceeding a greater size of the wound defect by 50% and a width equal to that of the defect, is to be cut out in the perineum at greater part of the wound defect. If the greater part of the wound defect is localised from the front of the anus, a back one-third of the flap is arranged in a projection of the closest ishial tuber. And if the greater part of the wound defect is localised behind the anus, a front one-third is placed in a projection of the closest ishial tuber; from the opposite end of the flap, 2/3 its lengths is separated from an underlying fascia with preserving subcutaneous fat on the flap, and the rest one-third of the flap keeps the pedicle located over a projection of the ishial tuber. The cut out flap is turned around the pedicle, and the separated part of the flap is positioned on the wound defect. The flap is fixed circumferentially; the wound on a donor site is closed. ^ EFFECT: use of the given invention allows reducing tension of perianal tissues with preserving complete blood supply of the relocated rag, downsizing the flap, and improving cosmetic effect of the operation. ^ 1 ex, 2 dwg |
