A single-shaft vibrating concrete mixer includes a cylindrical body with loading and unloading openings and a central blade shaft mounted in bearings made beyond the area of mixing. It is additionally equipped with a vibrating device made in the form of two vibrating plates mounted in series with elastic strips in a longitudinal window of mixer body in the area of greatest pressure of the mixture on the blades. In addition, each vibrating plate is equipped with its vibroexciter of circular oscillations respectively, which are connected to each other by means of a synchronizing shaft. Moreover, the unbalances of one circular vibroexciter of circular oscillations are turned relative to the unbalances of another circular vibroexciter. The bottom of each vibrating plate has a concave cylindrical surface with a radius. |
