PURPOSE: A light emitting element, a light emitting device, and an electronic appliance are provided to adjust the color of the light emitting element by combining organic compounds with different colors. CONSTITUTION: A first light emitting layer(111) is formed between an anode(101) and a cathode(102). A second emitting layer(112) is closely arranged to the cathode of the first light emitting layer. The first light emitting layer includes a first layer on the cathode side and a second layer on the anode side. The first layer contains a first light emitting material. A second layer contains a second organic compound and the first light emitting material. The second light emitting layer includes a third organic compound and a second light emitting material.
