PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrophotographic photoreceptor which has excellent durability to a practical load, and ensures stable and satisfactory image properties. SOLUTION: Provided is the electrophotographic photoreceptor having at least a photosensitive layer formed on the surface of an electroconductive support, wherein the photosensitive layer contains: an enamine compound expressed by formula (1); and a binder resin including a repeated structure expressed by formula (2).
