<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oil-immersed transformer with high long-period reliability by preventing insulating oil of a diaphragm type compensator from deteriorating by performing a degassing treatment on the insulating oil of the diaphragm type compensator installed in the oil-immersed transformer without impeding the operation of the transformer and suppressing entry of air gas into a transformer body side. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The oil-immersed transformer having the diaphragm type compensator includes a degassing treatment device which degasses the insulating oil. The degassing treatment device includes a tube-type hollow yarn film module 10, and discharges gas penetrating the hollow yarn film module from the insulating oil contacting one of inner and outer sides of the hollow yarn film module 10 into a vacuum on the other side.
