<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a crosslinked polymer composition capable of attaining excellent vibration-damping performance, sound-absorbing performance, and impact-absorbing performance in a wide temperature range. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The method comprises crosslinking a polymer composition prepared by blending 0.1-30 pts.wt. aliphatic polyester resin of a glass transition temperature of 0°C or higher, 10-80 pts.wt. silanol-group-containing inorganic filler, and 0.1-10 pts.wt. metal compound, based on 100 pts.wt. crosslinkable polymer component, and heat-treating the crosslinked polymer composition.
