PURPOSE: A system and a method of obtaining mail acceptance information based on voice recognition are provided to solve the inconvenience of the receipt of the predetermined information in the offline. CONSTITUTION: A conversion module(200) extracts the address information of destination in which the post should be sent from the voice receiving information. The conversion module converts the extracted address information into the voice address information. A matching module(300) matches the voice address information and the previously saved address information. The matching module produces the computed reception information. A confirmation module(400) confirms whether the computed reception information is the same information as the voice of user or not. A receive module(600) receives the filing number corresponding to the computed reception information.
