<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a content recommendation system recommending, even when the taste of a content user changes with time, a content according to the taste at that time. <P>SOLUTION: When profile information read by a reading means 86 is not stored in a profile storage means 81 as the profile information of the user, a profile registration means 88 registers the profile information and interest level of the user in the profile storage means 81 by use of a relevancy read by the reading means 86.
