<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rear wheel steering device performing stable steering. <P>SOLUTION: This rear wheel steering device 100 steers the rear wheels of a vehicle by converting the rotational force of a driving source into movement in the axial direction of a rod 1. It includes a wheel 4 to which the rotational force of the driving source is transmitted, a cam 12 having its shaft center offset with the shaft center of the wheel 4 and supported in the wheel 4 while being rotatable around the shaft center, and a stud shaft 17 having its shaft center offset with the shaft center of the cam 12 while having one end supported with the cam 12 and the other end connected to the rod 1.
