PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stencil printing machine in which a jammed paper sheet can easily be removed without pulling out a plate cylinder unit. SOLUTION: The stencil printing machine 1 includes a plate cylinder 2 on which an engraved plate material is mounted, with printing performed on a paper sheet through the mounted plate material. The stencil printing machine includes a paper separating member 4 for separating a printed paper sheet from the plate material. The paper separating member 4 includes a support shaft 41 extending nearly horizontally opposite to the outer periphery of the plate cylinder 2 and a stripping jaw 42 protruding from the support shaft 41 toward the outer periphery of the plate cylinder 2. The paper separating member 4 is characterized in that it is installed in a manner that the stripping jaw 42 can be rotated in a direction receding from the outer periphery of the plate cylinder 2, with one end 48 of the support shaft 41 as a fulcrum.
