PURPOSE: A lipolysis injection device and a control method are provided, which can measure the change of the obesity of the surgical operation region without any apparatus. CONSTITUTION: A lipolysis injection device includes: a gas storage tank(110) storing the predetermined gas for the lipolysis; a showerhead(120) spraying the saved gas; a valve(130) which can control the gas amount to be sprayed while being arranged between the gas storage tank and showerhead; a motor(150) controlling the opening of a valve; a flow sensor(140) detecting the sprayed gas amount by showerhead; and a controller(160) controlling the motor based on the detection result of the flow sensor.
