PURPOSE: An electron transporting-injection material and an organic electroluminescent device using thereof are provided to improve the current luminous efficiency and luminescence lifetime, and to drive the organic electroluminescent device with the low electric power. CONSTITUTION: An electron transporting-injection material for an organic electroluminescent device is marked with chemical formula 1. In the chemical formula 1, R1 refers to a substituted or non-substituted pyridyl group. R2 is selected from the group consisting of a substituted or non-substituted aromatic group, a substituted or non-substituted heterocyclic group, and a substituted or non-substituted aliphatic group. The organic electroluminescent device comprises a first electrode(110), a second electrode(130), and an organic light emitting layer(120) inserted in between the first and the second electrodes. An electro transport-implanted layer is included in the organic light emitting layer with the electron transporting-injection material.
