摘要 <p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a drying machine system and an estimation method, capable of estimating low molecule siloxane concentration in a silicone rubber molding in real time. <P>SOLUTION: The drying machine system includes a drying machine for carrying out postcure of a silicone rubber cured object and a measuring device into which discharge gas originated from the drying machine is introduced and which measures low molecule siloxane concentration in the discharge gas in real time. The method for estimating low molecule siloxane concentration in the silicone rubber cured object in real time includes: a process (a) for carrying out postcure of the silicone rubber cured object by the drying machine and for measuring low molecule siloxane concentration in the discharge gas originated from the drying machine in real time by the measuring device; and a process (b) for determining low molecule siloxane concentration in the silicone rubber cured object subjected to postcure at the process (a) from the low molecule siloxane concentration measured at the process (a) by using a predetermined calibration curve made in advance. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p>
