PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rice transplanter in which a land-leveling device is driven with a driving actuator. SOLUTION: In the rice transplanter in which a planting portion is liftably connected to the rear side of a travel portion, and a land-leveling device is attached in front of the planting portion, the land-leveling device comprises a laterally extended rotary shaft and land-leveling rotors coaxially attached to the outer periphery of the rotary shaft. A driving actuator is synchronously connected to the rotary shaft, and the rotation rate of the land-leveling rotors can be changed with the actuator through the rotary shaft.
