PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stator structure having high heat dissipation at low cost, and to provide a method of manufacturing stators. SOLUTION: In the stator structure, first and second connection terminals 13a, 13b of a coil 13 of a stator core 11 project to the end face of at least one of both ends of the stator core 11, the first connection terminal 13a is connected to the second one 13b by a connection line 25, and the coil 13 forms an electrical circuit. In this case, the connection line 25 is subjected to insulating coating treatment, and insulating coating treatment by a sealing material is performed to a junction section 26 between the connection line 25, and the first connection terminal 13a or the second one 13b of the coil 13.
