PURPOSE: An adhesive tape for attaching optoelectronic components is provided to prevent water and moisture from expanding to a joint of a laminate, and to prevent an aluminum foil conductor including a frame from being separated. CONSTITUTION: An adhesive tape for attaching optoelectronic components comprises the following: an adhesive tape(8) including a foam layer and two adhesive layers surrounding the foam layer; a barrier film additionally inserted in between the adhesive layers; and an additional adhesive layer in between the foam layer and the barrier film. The foam layer is formed by a polymer layer including a foaming agent.
