PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide ventilation equipment capable of keeping inner pressure of a building having an open ceiling space constant. SOLUTION: The ventilation equipment includes an air supply mechanism 14 for supplying outside air to respective rooms 12, a first exhaust mechanism 15 for exhausting the air supplied to the rooms 12 to the open ceiling space 10, and a second exhaust mechanism 16 for exhausting the air in the open ceiling space 10 to the outside of the building 11. The second exhaust mechanism 16 comprises a second duct installed on a roof 23 of the open ceiling space 10 and a check valve damper for changing an opening area of an air flow passage of the second duct according to the inner pressure of the building 11. In the check valve damper, weight of a weight is adjusted to balance a set value of the inner pressure of the building 11 with the weight. When the inner pressure of the building 11 becomes larger than the set value, a swirl vane circles to a direction of opening the air flow passage against the weight of the weight to form an opening having a predetermined area at the air flow passage.
