<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a user-friendly portable safe corresponding to individual users by permitting a user to appropriately change the inclination angle of a coin counter according to the state of use of the portable safe by the user to allow convenient use of the coin counter and permitting the user to change the size of an opening to an interior of the safe through adjustment of the inclination angle of the coin counter. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The portable safe 1 has a top lid 3 installed openably/closably by using a hinge 4, and a tray-like coin counter 5 is housed in the upper stage of a body 2.
