PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the vibration and noise of a rotating electrical machine by effectively suppressing the annular vibration of a stator. SOLUTION: A stator core 211 is constituted by stacking first and second blocks 211a and 211b. The first block is fixed to a case at fixing parts 212a which are provided at each predetermined angleθin its circumferential direction, and the second block is fixed to the case at fixing parts 212b which are provided at each angle equal to this predetermined angleθin its circumferential direction. In case that the fixing parts in the first block are odd pieces, the second block is arranged, being slid in its circumferential direction, with a phase difference (excludingθ/4,θ/2 and 3θ/4) larger than 0 and smaller thanθto the first block. In case that the fixing parts in the first block are even pieces, the second block is arranged, being slid in its circumferential direction, with a phase difference (excludingθ/3,θ/2 and 2θ/3) larger than 0 and smaller thanθto the first block.
