摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a swirling motion control device which can control the false detection of a tilt angle and appropriately conduct swirling motion and a construction machine including the swirling motion control device. SOLUTION: The swirling motion control device 40 discontinues correction by a motion command correcting section 60 in the case that the tilt angle of the construction machine is smaller than a specific angle. The tilt angle of the construction machine is calculated using a detected value of an acceleration sensor module placed along the front-back direction (direction that a work mechanism extendedly exists) of a top swirling body 3 among tilt sensors 33 and the detected value of the acceleration sensor module placed along the right-left direction (direction that bisects the front-back direction at a right angle on a horizontal plane) in the case that it is determined that a boom 4, an arm 5, or a bucket 6 is not operated based on the output of a pressure sensor 29 and is calculated using only the detected value of the acceleration sensor module placed along the right-left direction in the case that it is determined that the boom 4, the arm 5, or the bucket 6 is in operation.
