PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thin sheet type holding tool capable of holding even a compact component having a shorter axial length as desired. SOLUTION: The thin sheet type holding tool 1 has an elastic member 6 having a plurality of holding holes 17 formed by penetration to hold the compact component; and a reinforcing member 11 having a plurality of support holes 21 arrayed at intervals and convex sections 31 and 32 extending in the array direction of the support holes 21 and protruding in axial directions of the support holes 21, the reinforcing member 11 being buried in the elastic member 6 such that axes of the support holes 21 and holding holes 17 are aligned with each other.
