SLAB SOLID LASER DEVICE

摘要

PURPOSE: A slab solid laser device is provided to gain an uniformity of a heat distribution from a gain medium by identically forming a cooling direction and a direction of a pump beam with incoming in the gain medium. CONSTITUTION: A gain medium(200) has a slab form including a narrow side and a wide side. A beam guide block(500) is attached to the wide side of the gain medium. The beam guide block refracts a pump beam toward the wide side of the gain medium. A chill block is arranged on the outside of the beam guide block. The beam guide block is composed of a diamond plate manufactured with a chemical vapor deposition mode. The beam guide block is arranged on both sides of the gain medium.
