PURPOSE: A recoverable anchor assembly and an anchor method using the same are provided to easily eliminate a tension member, and to secure enough strength. CONSTITUTION: A recoverable anchor assembly comprises a protection tube(110), a pressure steel tube(111), a tension member, and a recordable tension member fixture(200). The protection tube is installed in order to prevent grout from flowing in. The pressure steel tube is coupled to the bottom end of the protection tube. The tension member is inserted into the protection tube and the pressure steel tube. The recoverable tension member fixture is installed in the bottom end of the pressure steel pipe and supports the bottom end of the pressure steel pipe.
