FIELD: measurement equipment. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to measurement equipment and is intended for measurement of roughness of a component outer spherical surface. The device for measurement of roughness of a component outer spherical surface contains a sensor, a fixture element retaining the sensor relative to the surface being controlled, a profilograph-profilometre, a support for the component being controlled. The support is represented by a flat foundation mounted and fixed whereon are at least three support rollers (spaced relative to each other) with one of them, the horizontal one, connected to the foundation so that to be capable of transitional movement towards the other rollers and backwards, positioned at a right angle to the trajectory of its transitional movement and equipped with a drive for its rotation while the other two rollers are intercoupled so that to form a V-shape with the ends apart turned upwards. ^ EFFECT: creation of a comprehensive quickly readjustable device for usage in the course of control over a component spherical surface roughness. ^ 2 cl, 8 dwg |
