PURPOSE: A thermal injury prevention device and an oxygen sensor including the same are provided to stably operate an oxygen sensor by making an oxygen sensor be affected by a high temperature to a minimum even if the engine is overheated. CONSTITUTION: A heat injury prevention device(100) of an oxygen sensor(10) comprises a sensor assembly(120), an open sidewall part(110), and a locking mounting part(130). The sensor assembly comprises a penetration hole and a separation circle plate. The penetration hole is inserted into the oxygen sensor by passing through in the longitudinal direction. The separation circle plate is extended from the penetration hole to the radius direction. The open sidewall part comprises a closing part and an opening part. The closing part is connected to one side of the circumference of the sensor assembly. The open sidewall part comprises an opening part which is opened between one side and the other side of closing part. The locking mounting part is connected to the end of the closing part of the open sidewall part.
