PURPOSE: A semiconductor device having balanced band-pass filter implemented with LC resonators is provided to reduce the total size by removing additional balun transformer in an application requiring conversion of balance and unbalance. CONSTITUTION: A first inductor(240) includes first and second end terminals connected to unbalance ports(242, 244). A capacitor(246) is connected between the unbalance ports. The first inductor and the first capacitor include a first LC resonator. A second inductor(248) includes the first and second end terminals connected to balance ports(250, 252). A second capacitor(254) is connected between the balance ports. The second inductor and the second capacitor include a second LC resonator.
