PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a physiological state analysis system for analyzing a current physiological state of a specific person on the basis of his or her biometric sample.

SOLUTION: A physiological stet analysis method includes: measuring expressions of one or more genes on the basis of mRNA derived from a biometric sample of a specific person whose physiological state is known, storing the measured gene expressions as gene expression information in association with the known physiological state of the specific person and individual feature information such as the age of the specific person, storing gene expression information of at least two specific persons for each known physiological state to generate a specific physiological state gene expression profile, accepting a gene expression of a person to be analyzed whose physiological state for analysis is unknown as gene expression information of the person, and comparing the gene expression information of the person with the specific physiological state gene expression profile to output an indicator showing the physiological state for analysis.
