PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power control circuit and a semiconductor memory device using the same. SOLUTION: There is provided an input circuit including: a buffer enable signal generation circuit which generates a buffer enable signal by which an enable section is determined responding to an external command; and a buffer circuit which buffers and outputs the external command and an external address signal responding to the buffer enable signal.
