<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a state recognition device and a state recognition method for recognizing a feeling state of a user. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The state recognition device includes: a voice-based recognition part for recognizing the feeling state of the user based on a voice signal; a motion-based recognition part for recognizing the feeling state of the user based on a motion; a position recognition part for recognizing a place to which the user belongs; and an integrated recognition part for recognizing the state of the user by analyzing each recognition result by the voice-based recognition part, the motion-based recognition part and the position recognition part.
