PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sheet-form sensor device which can be manufactured with ease and at low cost and excels in design properties. SOLUTION: The sensor device includes a sensor body 4 which is constituted by sewing coaxial cables 3 of a thin diameters in a sheet body 2 of woven fabric, knit or the like formed like a sheet and a detecting means 5 which detects the approach of a detecting object to the sensor body 4 or the contact of the object therewith by measuring a change in capacitance between an inner conductor 7 and an outer conductor 9 of the coaxial cable 3 sewn in the sensor body 4.
