<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a user interface capable of visual and intuitive understanding and operation aiming at version management, in a problem management system. <P>SOLUTION: In the problem management system wherein a client 206 is connected to a server 201 in a communicating manner via a network, the client 206 includes means for: copying the whole content of an unsolved problem belonging to a former version and preserving it in a database 203 of a server 201, so as to be succeeded as a problem of the next version, when a software version is changed; preserving information of a succeeding relation of the problems of the former version and the next version into the database 203, when being successful; displaying the problems, in a form capable of switching one or all the problems, based on the preserved information of the succeeding relation, by extracting the prescribed information from the database 203; and displaying details of each problem, when each problem is selected, respectively. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
