<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a storing defective of a wiper blade when a wiper is not used. Ž<P>SOLUTION: When the wiper blade 16 held by a wiper arm 14 does not wipe a window glass 12 surface, the wiper arm 14 is temporarily held by a step 18 provided at a peripheral edge of a door window 11b, and the wiper blade 16 is constituted to be stored at a position away from the window glass 12 surface. A mark part 28 for positioning the wiper arm 14 to assemble the wiper arm 14 to a vehicle is provided in the step 18. The mark part 28 is a shelf part for mounting the wiper arm 14 thereon when assembling the wiper arm 14 to the vehicle.
