摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently pressure-feed cooling water by a water pump to achieve efficient waste heat recovery. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A C/U 50 makes gas (air) different from cooling water flow in/out of a steam flow path 5 (condenser 9) according to a detection result (an ambient temperature) by an ambient temperature sensor 26. Even when a temperature of the cooling water liquified in the condenser 9 is relatively high, difference in temperature between the cooling water temperature and a saturated temperature is widened by flowing the gas (air) therein to increase the saturated temperature. Since the possibility of occurrence of cavitation in the cooling water is decreased, the cooling water is efficiently pressure-fed by the water pump 12 to efficiently recover the waste heat.
