PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent oscillation of a floating roof in a floating roof type liquid tank. SOLUTION: An oscillation-preventive device 10 for a floating roof which is provided at a floating roof type tank includes a plurality of floating roof pulling devices 1, each of which has a wire hooking part 12 provided in a vicinity of an inner bottom of a tank body 2, a wire 11 fixed to the floating roof 3 at one end, and hooked to the wire hooking part 12, and a pulling device 14 for pulling the other end side of the wire 11 to the upper side of the floating roof 3.
