The present invention relates to an eco-friendly vegetable sprout cultivation kit, and to a vegetable sprout cultivation method using same. The method for cultivating vegetable sprouts according to the present invention comprises grinding perlite which is a secondary mineral, burning the ground perlite at a temperature of 760 to 1,100°C, puffing the resultant material to the size of 4 to 12 times larger than the original volume thereof to obtain ultra-lightweight processed stone, injecting the stone into a container, and planting vegetable seeds in the stone.
