<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem that a circuit scale is increased in a conventional delay circuit. <P>SOLUTION: This delay circuit 100 includes a ring oscillator 120 and a control circuit 140. The control circuit includes an edge detector 110 that outputs a first control signal according to a rising edge or a falling edge of an input signal, and a counter circuit 130 that counts the number of pulses output from the ring oscillator and outputs a second control signal upon reaching a predetermined count number.
