<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a vehicular airbag device for further reducing probability that an airbag supported by a roof of a vehicle comes into contact with an occupant in a deployment process. <P>SOLUTION: In the vehicular airbag device 10, a deployment completion shape of the airbag 12 supported by a module case 16 fixed to a front end part Rf of a vehicle roof R is set such that a deployment surface 20 at an occupant side is formed to be approximately flat shape approximately along the vertical line VL drooping from the module case 16 and the vehicle width direction, and the deployment surface 22 at the non-occupant side is formed to be an approximately inclined surface largely separated to the front side of the vehicle with respect to the deployment surface 20 at the occupant side rather than the lower side at the above side of the vehicle. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
