PURPOSE: A 3 wheel electrical scooter is provided to secure the field of view and the safety of user in low and high speed driving by controlling the height of a vehicle by moving a rear wheel. CONSTITUTION: A 3 wheel electrical scooter comprises: a front wheel frame(11) which includes two front wheels, a back wheel, and a steering system; a body frame(12) which is installed in one end of the front wheel frame and wherein a sheet is installed; and a vehicle body frame which is rightly and inversely rotated with a vehicle body frame elevating apparatus and includes a back wheel rotation frame(13) which raises the body frame. The vehicle body elevating apparatus includes a lifting motor(21), a driving pinion gear, a passivity pinion gear, and a ball lead screw(24).
