PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress discoloration and precipitation occurring in an ophthalmic agent by including ketotifen fumarate, sodium chondroitin sulfate or pyridoxine hydrochloride and dipotassium glycyrrhizinate. SOLUTION: The ophthalmic composition comprises (a) ketotifen fumarate, (b) at least one kind of sodium chondroitin sulfate and pyridoxine hydrochloride, (c) dipotassium glycyrrhizinate and (d) citric acid or a salt thereof, does not precipitate precipitates and has an absorbance at a wavelength of 400 nm of≤0.2.
