<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an audio apparatus, capable of reducing electromagnetic noise radiated from speaker cables into the atmosphere, according to the audio apparatus. Ž<P>SOLUTION: An amplifying part amplifies a sound signal. A speaker 11 reproduces the sound signal amplified by the amplifying part. The speaker cables 8h and 8c transfer the sound signal amplified by the amplifying part to the speaker 11. A ground cable 8g is arranged along the speaker cables 8h and 8c and absorbs the electromagnetic noise radiated into the atmosphere from the speaker cables 8h and 8c. Electrostatic capacitance adjusting capacitors 10h and 10c between cables are arranged between a part of the same potential as the speaker cables 8h and 8c, and a part of the same potential as the ground cable 8g to adjust an electrostatic capacitance value produced between the speaker cables 8h and 8c and the ground cable 8g.
