The spring suspension struts (2,3), at the vehicle body (5) for the wheels (4,6), each have a piston/cylinder assembly (7,8). The separated upper (10,15) and lower (11,16) cylinder zones, in the cylinders (9,14), have a fluid coupling link (19,20) between them through a coupling unit (21) with a piston/cylinder assembly with a coupling cylinder (23), a coupling piston (26) and two separated coupling zones (24,25). The coupling unit has a common spring unit (27) for both struts, working with the coupling piston.
