The body has a curved door wall (5) and columns (6-8) rigidly connected with each other. A layout of the base body of a wet cell is in a form of an irregular square shape, where an edge of the square shape is formed as a circular arc. A door opening of the wet cell is provided on a half of the circular arc. One of the columns forms a connection between even walls to an exterior of a railway carriage and the door wall. The columns are connected with a base body plate (1), where upper ends of the columns are connected by an arc-shaped carrier (9).
