<p>The support has a working chamber (4) and a compensation chamber (5) filled with a damping liquid (6). A nozzle disk (11) comprises a grating structure (16) with a stop (17) for a membrane (15). The membrane is arranged on a side of another grating structure (12) of the disk, where the side is turned towards the membrane. The grating structures form a ramp (18), which is extended in an axial direction, for the membrane. The grating structures are made of aluminum die-cast and polymer material, respectively.</p> |
