<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a soybean embryo protein composition having high nutritive value, hypoallergenic properties, and excellent flavor. <P>SOLUTION: This soybean embryo protein composition is decreased in content of allergen caused from protein while increasing the content of protein and has excellent flavor by combining the process of removing antinutrient content from soybean embryo obtained by physically separating embryo parts from soybeans by solvent treatment with a process of further adding heat treatment. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
